Refund policy

Poke Merch Market does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. However, Poke Merch Market strives to provide all customers with a positive and personal experience. If you do have any concerns, please contact us through our contact page.

In the case of unusual circumstances (determined by Poke Merch Market), to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, still sealed if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first getting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once sealed product is opened it cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions. Poke Merch Market will not be held responsible for any imperfections, errors, or defects within factory sealed product, such as booster packs, or blind box figures still sealed in the plastic wrapping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
In the case of all refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In the extremely rare event that a return is needed, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
