Shipping policy

• Please allow up to 3-5 business days of handling time before your order is shipped. Estimated shipping times during checkout do not include handling time.
  
  
• We typically ship out orders every other day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This schedule is subject to change due to holidays and Poke Merch Market traveling to events (see event schedule here). If we are away for an event, we will note the next ship out date in a banner across the top of the home page.
  
  
• By default, we ship all domestic orders via USPS. We are able to ship via UPS within the United States upon request. UPS shipping may incur additional shipping costs.
  
  
• All packages are sent with door to door tracking. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, and then you will receive a tracking number email once your order has been prepared for shipment.
  
  
• Any shipping time frames expressed at checkout are estimates gathered from the corresponding shipping company's provided information. Poke Merch Market cannot guarantee any of these time frames, however we strive to provide the most updated information possible.
  
  
• In the case of lost packages or damaged goods, proper procedure will be taken with USPS and/or the recipient's local mail carrier to resolve each case. Once a package leaves the United States, it will be passed onto the national postal service that operates within the recipient's country, or the international shipping company the customer selected at checkout. We ask for customers' cooperation in communicating with these local carriers. In the extremely rare case that postal carriers can not assist in locating a lost package or provide compensation, and if the tracking indicates a package has been delivered, Poke Merch Market will not be held liable. 

International Shipping

• We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico*, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.
  *We cannot guarantee door to door tracking for orders to Mexico.
  
  
• Please take care when purchasing as all prices are listed in USD currency.
  
• We ship international orders via Asendia, which works with the recipient's local postal service. Packages are delivered in 1-4 weeks, depending on the country.
  
  
• Poke Merch Market is not responsible for any additional fees your package may incur once shipped, including import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. By purchasing with us, you agree to be responsible for any customs or additional fees.
  
  
• We are currently unable to ship packages weighing over 4 pounds outside the United States. One way to work around this is to break down a large order into multiple orders.
